DO NOT repost any of the Intellectual Properties from the Syaluv Originals, Traditional, Animation & Graphic Design portfolios. The only acceptable reason for posting one of my personally copyrighted Intellectual Properties is for fair use purpose’s. Whenever my content is used for fair use please give proper credit to the Syaluv name & a link to one of Syaluvs socials.

When concerning any Intellectual Property that isn’t owned by Syaluv from the Reimagining or Fanart portfolios it can be used as desired as long as credit is given to me for being the original artist behind the particular piece of adapted art.
Unless you’re the commissioner of the particular piece or using the Intellectual Property for fair use then under no circumstances should you take any of the art from the Commission Portfolio. Syaluv does not own the particular art illustrations drawn for a commissioner.
Commission Terms
Regarding any commissions that Syaluv completes, the commissioner MUST give proper credit whenever they decide to show off their art.
If the commissioner intends to use the art for commercial purposes they must let Syaluv know before they begin drawing the commission.
Regarding AI. . .
I do not condone the use of any of my art for training Artificial Intelligence models. If you commission art from me with the intent to use it for AI then you will be violating my terms & conditions.
Refund Options. . .
If a commissioner desires a refund BEFORE Syaluv has completed 50% of the commissions Total Percentage Tags 🏷️(not counting the sketch ) for the particular piece then Syaluv will gladly give them their money back after 7 business days has passed.
If Syaluv has already presented to you the completion of the Percentage Tag🏷️that would indicate 50% of your commission being completed you will not get the initial 50% from the Total Price back if you decide to cancel your commission.
When concerning finished commissions. . . No, you will not get a refund for any completed commissions.
Commission & Payment Process
When a commissioner fills out the commission google form it will present them with the commission preferences and how Syaluv calculates the cost of their commission.
Once a commission is filed Syaluv will contact the commissioner through one of the chosen methods of communication. Syaluv will respond to the commission within 72 hours, discuss the intricate details of the commission through text and give the commissioner the estimated amount of time the commissioner should expect their commission to be finished alongside the price total.
Once an estimated amount of time has been discussed the commissioner must pay 50% of the total price for the commission (In the event that something horrible or unprecedented keeps Syaluv from completing a commission the commissioner gets a refund for the 50% of the total price).
Syaluv will keep the commissioner updated on the progress of their illustration. After Syaluv finishes the commission and declares this to the commissioner the commissioner must pay the remaining 50% of the total price for their commission BEFORE Syaluv sends the email containing the commission.
